Chris Bahr
Chris fell in love with the Central Coast while attending Cal Poly in 1987. After earning a BS in Engineering Construction Management, he moved to Los Angeles to be with his beautiful wife, Pat. While in Los Angeles, he worked with Turner Construction on large-scale commercial projects, including office buildings, laboratories, and a juvenile detention center. After their son was born, they moved back to San Luis Obispo.
Over the last 35 years, Chris has worked on commercial and residential projects. He self-performed structural and architectural concrete, residential foundation repairs, soft-story structural retrofits, and custom homes and remodels.
Capitalizing on his diverse construction experience, Chris provides a comprehensive and detailed process for building custom homes. He loves bringing his love of building to every home, ensuring each project’s success.
When not working, Chris enjoys gardening and hiking throughout the Central Coast and Sierra Nevada.
Brennan Bahr
Growing up in San Luis Obispo around job sites, Brennan developed a deep respect for the hard work and skill of the local artisans. Some of his earliest memories are crawling under houses with his dad. Brennan brings a technical eye, attention to detail and creative problem solving to everything he does. He is currently working both in the field assisting with the field operations and in the office with project management. When not working he can be found in the kitchen crafting delicious food everyone wants to eat.
